    May 2026 updates

    • 2027-2028 approval processes: The 2027-2028 approval processes will begin to be activated the week of June 1-5. The request for course revision, request for new course, and request for course cancellation processes will be the first processes available. Conditional logic funcationality will be added/tested to the GUR approval processes (new, revision, cancel) which means an early summer 2026 activation date.

    March 2026 updates

    • 2026-27 curriculum deadlines have passed: The curriculum deadlines for the 2026-27 University Catalog have passed. (ACC deadline meeting is March 3.) All 2026-27 approval processes in Curriculum have been deactivated. The temporary course approval process and the temporary/permanent modality approval process remain active for use.

    December 2025 updates

    • (Dec. 15) Winter drop-in sessions added: Curriculum drop-in sessions are added for winter quarter. Sessions will be online/Teams through the month of January and once a week in February. Dates are available on the training sign-up form.

    • (Dec. 15) GUR course approval processes deactivated: The 2026-27 GUR course approval processes have been deactivated due to the CUE moratorium on curriculum review for winter 26 and spring 26. The partial moratorium was approved by ACC on Oct. 7 and Faculty Senate on Oct. 13.
