    July 2026 updates

    • 2027-2028 approval processes: Most of the 2027-2028 approval processes have been activated, including the regular course and GUR course processes as well as the new program and program revision processes. The GUR course revision process is the first to have proposal conditional logic enabled to give users and reviewers a more efficient experience. The remaining (5 total) approval process will be activated by end of July.

    May 2026 updates

    • 2027-2028 approval processes: The 2027-2028 approval processes will begin to be activated the week of June 1-5. The request for course revision, request for new course, and request for course cancellation processes will be the first processes available. Conditional logic funcationality will be added/tested to the GUR approval processes (new, revision, cancel) which means an early summer 2026 activation date.
