    December 2025 updates

    • (Dec. 15) Winter drop-in sessions added: Curriculum drop-in sessions are added for winter quarter. Sessions will be online/Teams through the month of January and once a week in February. Dates are available on the training sign-up form.

    • (Dec. 15) GUR course approval processes deactivated: The 2026-27 GUR course approval processes have been deactivated due to the CUE moratorium on curriculum review for winter 26 and spring 26. The partial moratorium was approved by ACC on Oct. 7 and Faculty Senate on Oct. 13.

    October 2025 updates

    • (October 24) All 2026-27 approval processes are now active, including: Request for New Program of Study, Request for New Certificate, and Request for Moratorium, Moratorium Extension or Moratorium Removal of a Program of Study.

    June 2025 updates

    • (June 20) The following approval processes aren't active due to additional updates needed, etc.:
      • Request for new program of study: Expected activation summer 2025
      • Request for moratorium of program of study: Expected activation early fall 2025
      • Request for new certificate: Expected activation summer 2025
      • Request for new/termination of college, academic department, academic program/center/institute, or prefix: Expected activation early fall 2025
    • (June 6) The 2026-27 approval processes for courses are active and available to use between now and February of the 2025-26 academic year.
